Background

My professional expertise are seismic stratigraphy and well logging interpretation. My research focuses on CCS in central Taiwan. Reflection seismic and well log data were interpreted to characterize the distribution of carbon dioxide storage systems, including stratigraphy, lithology, depth, and thickness. Based on stratigraphic assemblages, four storage systems (R1–R4) were identified. The carbon dioxide storage capacity within the study area was then estimated to evaluate the carbon storage potential of the onshore and offshore regions of central Taiwan.
